Problem with character [LUMIEL]

- i got a problem when im log in, after accept the term of agreement, the character not showed up.. only simply corridor screen..
- so i log into my another account and ask the AM who online at that time and he/she suggest to use unstuck player request.
- i do the unstuck player request and choose my main character (1 account i have 7 char)
- after that i can log to that account, but i can't play the character that i used to register for player unstuck request ( i can play another 6 character )

(when i choose the main character, i was exit automatically)

when i play another character at the same account, i can see my main still online and standing at the place i log out later.inched:

 

That character is hard stuck, you gotta wait for a server restart to unstuck it
