Problem With Connection to gamezBDO only

I'm new here, however I was able to download and play the game normally in the previous 2 days with no problems at all.

It started today morning, I opened launcher, logged in successfully, started game successfully, connected to the server successfully , choose channel no problems, then choose my character and pressed start ( all seems normal ) until the loading finish at this stage either 2 of these things happen :

1 - Loading finish with "Connection lost to server" message.
2 - Loading finish and I can't do anything in the game (client acts like I'm lagging or something example : can't send chat messages (can't see them on my game/client) however if i used the server chat and looked it up on the discord server, i see that my message is sent successfully however my client can't see it and after a while i also get disconnected.

What might be causing such problems ?

I have no AV or Firewall.
game was running fine 2 days ago with no problems

I have restarted my router/modem a few times with no help.
Tried to use VPNs with no help, same problem
Already using Google DNS

Honestly I ran out of diagnostic ideas about this kind of connection problem


P.S : Tried Official Server (Retail) works perfectly with no problems (with and without VPN).

Please note that this screenshot was taken even while my client was acting like I'm disconnected or lagging

Examples for this kind of lagging or disconnected behavior :
1 - can't see any mails.
2 - can't talk to npc.
3 - my messages that i send through general chat doesn't appear in my client chat.
4 - buffs and skills affect doesn't appear in my client neither.
5 - can't change channels tried and stuck on "Waiting for channel change" for more than 30 minutes or until i get the "connection lost" message earlier.
