so i have my money back 7€ = 1000 cred , but my account have negative credits , and i need you to reset to 0 credits or 355 credits that is what i have before this big problem becouse paymentalwall registered the inverse payment on my account, i contact *********** saying this and they said he can't do that, and probably i have to talk with somoene with power inside the game , so here am i asking to you

Negative Credits happen, normally when you donate / receive them. Then spend them, and reverse transactions which would cause the total to be decreased by the amount the donation would grant.

However, I have already forwarded this thread to Alente and he should be looking into it at some point in the near future.
