problem with donating

i tried to donate many times but ti's not working for some reason
it says :
Your transaction is still pending approval, but seems to be taking longer than expected. This could be for a number of reasons, including a delay from the payment provider, or suspicious activity related to this purchase.

If your purchase is not approved within 24 hours, please contact Customer Support.

and the customer support page is not working

 

The approval takes some time. We had such a report already. Eventually it will work.

 

It requires their support.
Log in with your account and click on Donate -> Get Code -> Purchase Card Code. A page with few options for purchase and free offers will open. Right above the free offers you will see "GET HELP", click on it, and you will be able to see your purchase status.
If your purchase status is pending, you will need to be patient and wait or contact their support - Click on Help.
