problem with donation

I made a donation for paypal, it was approved and in superrewards I received the following message, "Your transaction is still pending approval, but seems to be taking longer than expected." This could be a number of reasons, including a delay from the payment provider , or suspicious activity related to this purchase. If your purchase is not approved within 24 hours, please contact Customer Support. "I was supposed to already have the cash oq I have the receipt of the purchase

 

delay with cash already pay the donate and dont recieve the cash

 

How long has it been? It can take up to 48 hours to see the cash in the account, especially if it's your first time. Sometimes it takes just a relog or a couple of hours.
