Solved Problem with donations

I try to convert my load into credits but i dont get a pin code on my cellphone its been a week alreadly pls try to understand that im not worried about my load im worried about the money i spent to get this done pls help

 

I'm not familiar with load turning in to credits, but I'm guessing it's the same as the other payment methods. With that being said, there has to be a way to contact your provider. Try going back to "donate" again. Pretend like you are going to donate again, and find "HELP", "Make an inquiry: or "My account", I am hoping, just like any other payment methods, it will have that option. I hope someone else with more knowledge about this is able to help you. I am 90% sure that it is the provider you used as a payment method and not Gamezaion.
