Problem with entering the game

    Good afternoon, downloaded the game from the official server. Installed and patched the line game. After creating the character, I click on the start and the screen is always loaded. I reinstalled the game several times and all the same.

    Probably because the server is 'outdated' with 368 client, even thought the games still working, guess you will have to wait for the next update.

    I just updated yesterday and my client version is 368, works fine for me. It says 'Processing' right after you select character and you can't get into the game right?

    Yes, after selecting a character, the screen is always loaded, and if you press the cursor, the game is closed

    Run the retail and let it update in case there are any updates, then start the game through gamez launcher.

    The error I first encountered was reoccurring again. I think its the region. I'm from the Philippines BTW is this available on our country?
