Problem with farming and workers

SOLVED
I know this might seem stupid but it is what it is, increase your gathering level using potion and/or alchemy stone and try if it still doesn't work gather any bush or thicket nearby then gather your plants.
Nots: you HAVE to cancel the workers task, remove the farm and relog after every single farm.

Explanation of the problem:
I'm having some issues with the workers and farming and I don't know whats wrong, it used to work perfectly but recently my workers stopped drinking beer, every time I try feeding them the game would crash.
I figured the item was bugged or something so I discarded all the beer I had on me and made new ones and it worked fine. I then went to harvest my farms but every time I try to harvest or breed the bar filled up to 100% and nothing happens. So I figured maybe I was bugged so I sent workers to harvest them. if has been a couple of hours and still the workers are not done ! It was suppose to be a 6 mins job.

I restarted the game and still nothing, its not even showing a timer. I'm sure the problem is from the farm and now the workers
Can I please get some support .. thank you

Update, I tried removing the plants and farm but I keep getting "This character doesn't exist"
