Problem with game

Good day guys. I have some problems with game after last patch near a week ago. After i log in or after i comunicate with any NPC sometimes i have a problem with game, i can move but all around me freezes, i can open inventory but cant use items, i try to talk to npc but nothing happens, my stamina hasnt expended when i run. So i close the client and log in one more time, sometimes it helps sometimes no. Can u help me ?)

 

I can't tell what the problem is according to your explanation.
Did you try to force check the launcher? If there are missing files then it may take a while, let the process complete.

 

ihave made force check, it doesnt help. I log in the game, can ran, use skills, but i don lose my mp and stamina.. looks like there is no connection to the server, but the game doesnt close, i can walk around but cant see anybody =)

Just relog my PC, log into game, killed one valencia disko and the same problem, call Black Spirit to end the quest and nothing happens, open my message box, there are no messages... Use my skills, the doesnt consume mana =) No mesages in the world chat) Looks like after login in after few seconds i lost connection to the server. I have windows 10, what i need to do to fix this problem?)

 

Alright so I tested myself and I was able to take talk to the NPCs, summon black spirit, use skills and everything else works as intended. Pretty sure it has something to do with your connection.
Are you using any software to reduce latency?

 

i found some mew information about this problem: if i close launcher and start again it would work for some time =) but then after few hours of playing this problem happens again, so i close the game, close the launcher and start frome the begining =)
PS: no i dont use any software.

 

it happens to me sometimes... there are some reason why your client error
* low connection <it happens openly>
* your computer software are not compatible to game system ( maybe )
* game settings to much high graphic's ( try to reduce it )
I've done some of trouble shooting like
what i have said above
every time I change character it happens to my client <send error log>
but while in gaming it run smooth

 

I noticed yesterday, that when i press "B" or tried to use mail i guaranted have this bug. So i decided to not to use mail for a time and have a good play) after few hours i have used mail and it was normal. By the way i dont have any error messages, just everithing around freezes ) like my client stoped receiving information from the server.

The same problem today, the server is full, login in, chosing my character, appearing in heidel and no players on mini map, im alone ) cant talk to npc or receive mail... i think its some troubles with server. I turn off my antivirus and firewall - no results. And i can still play official server, no troubles =)

 

Today is more interesting, login ig, chose my character, click start and nothing happens, or login in and after 1 min "you were disconnected from the server".. r u going to do smth with this ?) I have already reinstall windows , nothing changes..
