    Legendary Thief Tawner Morden asks for pri - duo - tri - tet - pen blue grade rings, and are unable to hand them in for the completion...

    @Chiclete any info on this?

    ***Kolka confirmed the diolog is remnant of an event past, and not active at this time. not a bug just not active quest / event.
