Problem with ingame chat

For some reason my chat doesn't work correctly. First it was not showing at all, but I searched here and found out how to make it visuable. And now world chat messages just don't show up, even my own, despite the fact that all the chat types in my chat window are on. System chat and general chat are working fine though.
Plus, my game client for some reason in russian language while in settings it is set as "USA". Good thing I actually know russian, but it is still confusing for correct communication.

 

Esc - Interface ( кожа ) later on the left you will see a big box which doesnt seem light . its darker . And there must be and eye on the up-right of that box. click and enter enter enter enter few times . here you go

 

If you are wanting to change your in game language, you can log out of your launcher and click settings at the upper right corner of the launcher. You will see language options in that window. Bleader's suggestion should also work for your chat problem.

 

Well I did changed my game language, tnx for that, but chat problem didn't go away. I did as bleader said and nothing really changed. All my chat channels are on, all chat windows too, but I still can't use server chat or any other exept general and system notifications. Messages just don't show up, mine or from other ppl

 

maybe noone talks

 

I can't see my own texts when I post them on server chat, so that's not it. Plus, I can see floathing messages over char's head when someone's using server chat, and they are not appearing in my chat window

 

Make sure your language is set to International.
