problem with ingame logins (diddnt know exactly where to post it)

    i have made two accoutns but both i cannot log onto the game with, is there anything i can do so i can acess the game server?
    all information and help welcomed. thank you kindly for reading and-or responding.:smile:

    lol i bet you are launching aion from ncsoft launcher..use gamezaion launcher to start aion if u are

    Have u tryed to update your aion using the NCsoft Launcher? Then to be certain just instal the Gamez aion launcher and try again.
