problem with items i bought

hello, i came to report a huge i problem i have regarding to some items i bought with credits, wich i received when i logged in but in the instant i was disconnected from the server now my items are gone, i bought masta leggings, masta shoes, wings of the circle and abg turquoise earring, that i bought a few minutes ago; i required my items back. i wish this matter to be deal soon enough. best regards.

 

you need to post screenshots of your purchase history and your character in game that received them showing that your items are no longer their. Gl getting your items back

 

sadly dunno how to post the ss i took from history, have been trying to do it so, have getting many errors in the image

 

anyway since i cant post my ss, i would like to speak with a gm or someone else to report this problem, so he can fixed this.
