Problem with items

Hello all ! I have a simple problem , my items dissapeared from vault.Before they dissapeare , IceCup made an event and I won 60 souls(30+30).I despacked 30 to make my bone blade+9 then I repacked 20 souls and put them in vault with an AA Sword Skill edr id 2% +9+28.I switched character and when i was back on my principal character , what to see? AA +20 soul gone !

With the souls i don`t have pics and i don`t want them back.

And then the souls have dissapeared , the wings have dissapeared and certainly TycSports dissapeared.
Please if you can , give me back my AA Sword , but my real wish is to solve the vault problem.I have to mention that before putting the souls and AA in vault , was a Soul shop event , and i bought 2-3 souls from there.

Yes is true i can see more cases about this, dont save important items or soulds in the baul, they will be fixed in future , but now is a bug.

iwill request fix this, but you items icant do nothing....
