Solved Problem with Loggin

Hello GamezAion,

As what the thread says I have problem with the Loggin "No game server is available to the authorization server. (6)" I tried everything turn off BattalPing and Turn off the Firewall and Antivirus but, it doesn't work. And I thought it was the version of Aion so I go and download GamezAion Client from the website www.GamezAion.com but, it still the same problem.

Also make sure you don't have a game booster on. Like any razer one. That problem appears when you cannot establish a connection to the server, so normally the fix is disabling the programs that might be blocking your connection.

 

I did everything but, I have Razer Synapse program and I'm not sure it block my connection anyway I'll turn it off and see.

 

Make sure you are also using the right client too (Gamez torrent client) and not the NCsoft one or else you won't be able to connect ingame.

 

It says the same problem again. I don't know what should I do.

And yeah I'm sure I'm using the correct client.

 

I can take a look through teamviewer. In cases like this it's hard for me to tell you what else to do since you might be using programs I can't guess you have, which might be blocking your connection.

I wanna say thanks for Dimitra she helped me out with this problem and it work for me now.

All you need to do is make sure all of the below is followed:
1. Make sure your Antivirus close.
2. Make sure your Firewall close.
3. Make sure you don't use any reducer ping.
4. Make sure you don't use any game booster.
After that just restart you computer and should be work fine.
