Problem with my account

Good evening ,

I have a problem with my account. I just lost access to my mail account and I'm still able to play but now I'm afraid about all of my accounts and wanted to change the passwords for everything. I didn't get any help from my e-mail provider g-mail and there isn't a dedicated support team for free users.
Is there any way you can help me

Yes there is, just like for any other free-email service, there is a way to restore your access to the email account.

Second email-link, telephone-link, security questions, are just three options off the top of my head.

There is however a possibility that you have bought the account and the seller has screwed you over, which happens pretty much ALL the time, account vendors are scammers. Not saying that that is what has happened here in this instance, but I am just saying that it could be a possibility.

 

There is only an automated restoration possibility and it won't let me get to those options lol. The thing is, back when I created my account I used a dumping e-mail of mine which was really dumb since now I don't know how to restore it. It doesn't let me progress in the restoration process and I don't even know whether I could do it since the data I used was utter bullshit .
If I got screwed over while buying an account I wouldn't have full access to my gamez account, wouldn't I? I can try to do anything you guys want to prove it is me (screens etc.) just need a creative solution since I kinda screwed myself over here . I want to start playing serious again and invest in premium for example. But I don't feel safe since I lost the access to the e-mail.

I suggest appealing to the upper echelon on the staff, @Noyah and @Kolka, you can write either of them a Private Message through the Conversation option at the top of the page, mouse-over your forum name.

To be honest, not a really useful answer regarding my problem. Like I already said, restoring seems to not be an option either and I don't really feel comfortable playing on my account without access to the e-mail.. There simply is no support for the e-mail recovery which leaves me kinda in the blue.

It would love to further use your services since I love the gamez bd server but I don't really know what to do now.

 

I get that it is a problem @paddy753 however it is unlikely to be in the hands of GamezBD, to arbitrarily change the emails linked to the accounts, due the high risk (if not certainty) that it will give rise to a bunch of cheats and scammers on our community, which is something that GamezBD has been battling strickly.

The only solve to this, is exactly what you do not want to hear: Make a new account

I am sorry that it had to be this way, but that is just how things are nowadays, and you can blame the pricks who ruin the internet for all the rest of us.
