problem with sanctum!!!!

    i got this big problem, everytime i get near to the library of sages in sanctum, the game stops working and gets me out, it happens too when i teleport to this part of sanctum, why????, i cant finish some quests, i will appreciate your help

    is the 6th time the game gets me out when i go to sanctum and get approches to the library of sages.....does anyone have the same problem, cause im getting on my nerves with this, unstucking so many times my character aaahhhhhhh!!!!!!!......ur anwers and help are welcome
