Problem with skill morph substances

All my characters as much account as Lumiel Siel do not have this skill that serves to equip substances that you do not want to collect, from what I understand is a skill that virtually any kind of character has.
My characters are in Siel:
Lit 55 [Elyos] Cleric
55 girl [Elyos] RANGER
Brightness 55 [Asmodian] Cleric
Luminnada 55 [Elyos] GLADIATOR Mocinhaa 50 [Elyos] SPIRIT_MASTER

My characters are in Lumiel:
Lucialuzz [Elyos] WARRIOR
Luzzi 55 [Elyos] Cleric
Luminnada 55 [Asmodian] GLADIATOR
Luzstar 55 [Elyos] SPIRIT_MASTER
Luzzstar 55 [Elyos] RANGER
Starluzz 55 [Elyos] TEMPLAR

Não sei o que houve, mas pelo que sei praticamente todas as classes possuim essa skill.
Daria para me ajudarem?

Try using the //givemissingskills command?

Btw , i don't understand what you mean by "all my characters as much account as lumiel siel...."
Lumiel or Siel.. ?
I heard the command was disabled in lumiel for some reason , that's why i'm asking.
