problem with the broker

i've never actually encountered any problems like this before but for some reason this happened when i went to pick up my 17 bil from the broker.



as you can see it charged me money instead of giving me the money. you can see the little notice up top where it says you have items left to settle. then in the lower corner you can see the little icon is no longer there. but the only thing that happened was that it took kina FROM me instead of giving me the kinah from the items i sold, which are no longer in the broker. they weren't expired because i just put them up yesterday. they were gold flux's. i sold about 30 of them and the total was about 17bil. not sure how this can be fixed other then someone sending me the kinah i earned.

on a side note, i realize some of these kinds of posts are usually made by scammers but i assure you i've never sammed anyone ever.
i hoping its resolved today but i know theres a lot of things wrong with gamez right now so i'll be patient.
