Problem with the client

Hello such'm trying to download the game. by ncsoft launcher but will not let me have everything updated on the pc and uh previously played smoothly. reaches a certain percentage and pulls me eh Error E02018 searched all the solutions either by google forums and let me know if you have a direct download or utorrent
I hope they can sorting the problem since several weeks ago that I can not enter the server from already thank you very much

You have to shut down you Antivirus and Window's firewall to fix it.

 

the error is e02018, and di priority to disable the firewall and antivirus ... here I show them pictures of the mistakes that I have

 

What you could do with that is: delete the files that says on that dialog box (from the Aion folder).
