Problem with the vote reward kinah

    Good morning

    I have a problem with the vote reward; I vote normally and I get no kinah in the account´s character, the name of the char is Fayv, it's my sister's char and she's confused about this. She wait more than a minute later when she votes to enter into the game, and still she get no kinah. I hope you can help with this.
