Problem with this quest...

Hello, currently iam doing the "Deliver on Your Promises Quest".

I need to go to Sanctum Coliseum and talk to "Epeios" but the thing is that there where supposedly he should be there is no one... when i was there another char came with the same problem...

IDK if it is a bug but i can't continue if i don't finish this quest

Please someone help me.

So basically the Npc is missing? And you've checked to make sure you're in the right area/etc?

 

Yeah i did the NPC is missing i even tried to look in the surrounfing are and nothing...

Here is a pic of what NPC iam talking about and like i said iam not the only one with this problem.

I reloged twice and restarted the game aswell and nothing changes...

Ikr so what shall i do? i need to complete this quest and i got nothing else to do (quests)...

 

Honestly, I don't know what to say x.x Like, do you have to complete it? You could just go grind exp instead x.x

 

nope XD if i complete i get exp so... u know.

 

Lol x.x I suppose I could go bug Alente and try to have him spawn it for you. But knowing him, he'll tell me to go do something useful.

 

And as i told ya i am not the only one with this problem.. the guy on the pic has the same problem but with another quest.
