Problem with Title quests..

    'Fragment of Memory 3' quest has a weird bug..After I talk with Peitho char goes to Azoturan Fortress..but as soon as my char moves in any direction it is sent to Paitho again.so i can't complete quest.Many other quests don't even exist at the indicated NPC's.Is it not possible to complete Title quests at this server?
