Problem with transfer player to siel

I transfer my player Lahabiel gladiator ely from lumiel to siel and still I got this message, and I am still in lumiel, the webpage is stuck here.

 

How long has it Been and have you quit the client and re logged in,?

 

How many hours has it been since you tried to transfer?

Mostly when a transfer fails, your credits get refunded in a day and you can try transferring again.

My transfer failed 5 times xD took me over one week.

Also make sure you followed all steps mentioned on the site/forum post.

 

more than 12, Deathangel already told me that he will solve it, thx anyways guys. (and yes i did, i waited 30 min and relog, and the problem still remain, from yesterday to today.).
