Problem with Voting :(

Ok , so i havent made a topic about this for a while now , hoping it would get fixed.

For some reason when i try to vote i can't get the vote points >.>
I tried everything , switching browsers , deleting cookies , etc

And when i try to go to that link people gave with a message saying " if u read thins blablabla cookiesa re enabled" i go to that page but its blank :'(

I have 980 credits and cant get anymore because of this.

Anyone knows how to fix it?
