    u cant buy abg/gbg ing cuz its disabled u can get them only by voting or donating from the shop on the website or in game from black cloud shop

    Unfortunately no, you can't buy ABG / GBG in the npcs, using Medals and AP. Those items are only to be purchase in our Website Shop and Black Cloud Traders Shop (In-game Shop) using Credits.
