Problem

Hello there! could someone maybe help me ? ive played here before i cleaned my pc and now i cannot get back on it. i did everything ppl said changing names and force check and stuff but it doesnt help. its still the freakin error and it keeps downloading/update everytime im sick of waiting everytime while it probally wont work for me.
