problems in actualice aion! please help me

Probably the product is unstable and require repair or reinstall.

That would be like re-download aion again!, Now I have to wait 5 or 6 days, to be reinstalled but the problem is it does not say close, says CANCEL ... if I give closes cancel the repair and lost all ... then I can do? I can not even turned on the computer three days because if not damaged ...
