problems whit my acount

pliss can some une help me mi ip is xpforce and when i logon in to it my acount today i have only une caracter and all may caractyers are gone and items everi thin i need help pliss sorry if i poisted in a round section but the forums dont open normaly so i put thi post here pliss i need help whit this can yes eny une help me

my player was xpandorax, sikfrid sm, seilormoon my ranger had abg set in all of them i yes dont see my cacaters no more

 

how can i move this post from here to put it in correct place can some une help me pliss i dont whant to doble post
