problems with .bin profiles

I am a new player, I used to play bdo(retail) a lot. but in the bdo(retail) I could modify profiles with nvidia inspector to modify my frame rates and the quality of the game in general, that could be done with .exe files but not with .bin files. I found a tutorial here in this forum but for AMD users, would someone help me give me a mini tutorial to make the nvidia inspector take me the .bin as well or if there was an alternate method.
