    I have problems, I donations in paymentwall Mobiamo 120 credit, my pulse was cut 16,500 IDR but until now the credit has not been entered as well.

    You should contact them first and see why you have not received what you paid for.
    Contact them telling them your problem and they will help you accordingly. If they can't, then that's where we step in.

    You don't need to call them. Go to the webpage of the donation method you use, there will be a link to contact them, like an e-mail or a message. Do that.
