Problems with Essencetapping

    I'm trying to increase the level of essencetapping, only that it is not working!
    I have the profession of essencetapping (1 / 99)!
    I'm not able to get Azpha (lv Essencetapping 1) of the ground, do not know why, but appears to paddle with a banned symbol. Namely, I'm wearing the hat of Essencetapping, but can not get that Azpha need level 1!

    Can someone help me with this problem?

    If you're an asmo go outside Altgard Fortress there are ores/plants/fish you can tap there for lvl 1 skill.
