problems with login with char.

Hi Guys, I have 1 problem and dont know how resolve, my account name is dianov and i have 7 char on lumiel but just can login with 6 , ...................................my 7th char (and my main)Asturian(glad) every time i try to log in ,my game crash............. what can i do?

I was running into this for the past few days and so far everything I have been able to find is that it is an issue with characters in Pandemonium (although I am not certain). Apparently this is actually a larger problem than just the reset. I had this issue just after the update, then wound up reinstalling the game to try and fix it, only to find that when I had updated everything the server had already reset and I was still stuck with this issue. I was successful in having a processed unstuck request which did not solve the issue on any of the character. Check and see if you are able to create a new character and log in. Three of my characters that were in Pando pre-update were stuck and currently either crash my client when trying to load, or give me the disconnection from server error. Per my conversation with Deathangel and Guille, this is a problem they are aware of and working on, but don't have a solution for yet.

 

send log only when loggin in with a character

excuse me sir, what is really happening to my char?
it's always send log whenever i log in into a char
but only problem with that one
the other chars goes fine and no send log
is there anything i can do?
i already sent an unstuck request also (around 2 days ago)
the last time i logged out is in altgard

 

try login to the gamzaion website and click "player unstuck request"..choose ur server then ur char that in the problem...w8 until server restart...that should help u

It is apparently a database issue the Gamez team is working on. Multiple people are experiencing it - just be patient.

Yea, the issue isn't resolved with unstuck requests - it was confirmed to me by Deathangel it is a server-side database issue.
