Problems with my email box in the game

Ok, Last Night I was sending all my items from one char to another one, then I got a message that I couldn't send any more message because it's mail box was full. so I logged in the char and tried to get the items to make it empty again to finish what I started, and everytime, I tried to open the box, I got the message that it was full and that I should delete something , but after that any of my emails appeared and I got Dc. So I tried to open using the shugo from express email, and I got DC again, everytime, I got dc,and I still get dc.... and I couldn't get the items from my box. I can't lose all my items because it was all I had, all I got from the game, honestly playing, a day at a time, please I don't want to lose my items, I am really sad with this situation, I don't want to stop playing...

I really need help here please any GM ...Can any GM help me please??!!!
