    Hi, I used the transport system from one city to another, so I waited for the items that were sent to me, when I supposedly tried to claim them and did not leave me. The first time I tried it was to the distance simply opening the map, as it did not work I went to the bank to try to do it from there but I still can not claim them, I need help and sent many important things. Thank you so much!

    Your stuff are still there, if you click on 'Staus' you will see the items you listed. However, you can't cancel and pick anything nor use the transport because the feature isn't working.

    Unfortunately there is nothing I can do for you, it has already been reported. You will have to wait for a fix and only then you will be able to take pick your stuff.
