Problems with two of my characters

As the title says, I'm experiencing some problems with two of my toons. They are old characters, both trasferred twice( from Siel to Luel and vise versa). The first and the most frustrating problem is that I don't receive essence points after completing the Archdaeva quest. I know I'm supposed to receive 30 points on 67 lvl but it shows 0/0. The second one which is also pretty annoying cuz of the change of characters' appearance is that I cannot use Plastic Surgery Ticket. It changes the appearance only temporary till the next log in and the plastic surgery ticket doesn't disappear from inventory. The third one is that I cannot see any of my learnt designes. I also have problems with marcos disappearing as well as the red diabol disappearing from quickbar but thats an old issue afaik and that doesnt bother me that much. So I'm asking for help and I trully hope there is a sulution to these problems. Thanks in advance.
