Processing Advancement Lv40 Calpheon will not complete

I gave the Sweet Potato dough and the Processed Coal to to Danielle Stimi. NPC accepted all and didn't show anything. The map and the quest summary still showed the quest active. I went to the NPC giver Giovan and clicking on "quest" shows the quest still active i.e. I cannot complete.
I am lvl 62, Master 6 Gathering, Artisan 8 Processing. The operative word I suppose is:

HELP.

Think I found the problem. I had lost the Quest Widget on the side (which somehow contains more info.) and I hadn't smashed enough flour (I had used some from before) so I think it will now complete.
