[Processing] Indoor Drying

    Been looking for this everywhere, but it clearly says; "Raining" in both of these references (https://bdocodex.com/us/theme/6555/, https://blackdesertonline.fandom.com/wiki/Drying)

    Also, couldn't find it but clearly remember, that all you needed to do when it was raining, was just go inside a building with a rooftop that was intact, then you could Dry away as much as you liked.

    SO, my question is; WHY am I suddenly unable to Dry anything, while inside a building with a working roof?
    Snow is NOT rain. Neither is snow listed as a problem for Drying.
