Resolved Progress deleted.

I'm not really sure how to phrase this so I'll provide some context. I've been playing this game for around a week or so and recently hit a hundred hours. Unfortunately, after a series of crashes, all of my progress has been deleted. Granted, it wasn't much, I only lost two characters, one level 60 Striker, and then a level 20 Archer which I had started the other day. I guess the point of all of this is to see if there's any way to get my progress back, or at the very least, see what I did wrong so I can avoid it in the future, as I would hate to have to restart again, much less twice in a row. I don't really have any screenshots of those characters, other than the screenshots that I've taken with my friends off our characters hanging out. I can try to provide as much context and whatever when asked, this post is most definitely a mess because I don't really know what to say. Any and all help would be appreciated.
