    i see. so the speaking balaur quest seems bugged.. the quest didn't shown up in my quest window... or is it not intended to obtain in game the reward wing nestor's wing feather in game? just let me know... very much appreciated

    You get that quest form the Reshanta campaign series, not Theobomos.
