Yes - I agree, Siel is in some need of more active GMs, but to have a requirement in order to apply of " You can't have a life to be part of the GM team" is a tidbit too extreme.

How old are you? Im guessing one who's under the age of 16 because you NEED a life to pay for electricity and the internet so you may play the game. You NEED a life to be able to purchase a decent computer so the game can play well without lag. Everything boils down to money to do such things. They need to eat, we don't need Carl getting sued for killing someone for starving themselves or something..Im sorry dear, but living off mommy and daddy is not the way of life.

You would be saying such if you were working and had a life to earn the money so you can DO all these great things.

Not to mention, Have you tried looking to mature, experienced person who doesn't abuse power, or have an attitude to willingly do this job without getting paid??? I highly doubt it....

The GMs we have now, are doing wonderful... But the only thing I'll agree with, is that Siel can use more GMs.

FYI- If a GM is invisible during your time in game playing, doesn't mean they are invisible the rest of the time while they are GM'n.

Perfect Expectations?? No one is perfect, not even you, yourself.

No offense, Edi. You were a good HGM but you expected way to much to be handed to you as for responsibilities and resigned because Karissa felt it wasn't time to hand those responsibilities over to you.

Need to be flexible in order to be CEO of any company. If you expect things to be perfect, your setting yourself up for failure.
