Purchase Newborn Crimson Dragon with ACoin.. unusable for some reason

Hi, I used the in-game Cash Shop Tab to purchase a Newborn Crimson Dragon with ACoin and the purchase visually shows up in my pearl inventory, I attempt to give a name to the pet to activate it, and nothing happens. No error, it just clears the menu as if naming the pet was successful, and then nothing. I'm not sure why this is happening, but I would either like a refund or for this to be patched, because there is no error message for me to move forward with a solution on my end.

I'm also wondering if any of those pets are okay to purchase through the cash shop or if I should just use the browser.

 

Have you EVER considered Not giving it a hugely insulting name?
