purchase not showing ingame

    hello. I just purchase elite arbiter glove today 7/19/2015 around 9am. my computer crash n rebooted....I log on and I didn't see it in my character.....Juliettev on elyos.
    I check all my characters but I got no mail message either....would appreciate if anyone can look into it. Thanks so much.

    Did the amount get deducted from your credits? That's what you should check first.

    Also, go view your purchase history on the webshop to see if you sent it to the right character or if you even purchased the item.
    Items get sent to your characters via some form of express mail that will only get delivered to you when you're online. It will not show up as mail in the character selection like normal mail does.

    So check which character you bought it from on your purchase history, and stay online on that character.
