Purchase through Market Maid did not give me the item?

Hello there.

Today I was riding through town with my new character and saw an item I wanted to purchase on the marketplace thorough my market maid. I clicked on it and clicked buy and it appeared like it did not purchase the item. However when I logged back in this afternoon the funds from the purchase are gone but I cannot find the item anywhere. I don't know if i'm not looking in the right place, or whether it bugged out?
