PVP Armor quest bug

    The quest in Katalam to get pvp armor is bugged. the second one where you have to kill 3 occupational scouts. He doesnt spawn at all anymore.

    Please fix it fast as u can cause this is a good chance to get a pvp armor full set for newbie....cause abyss set take a lot of time cause is difficult do pvp for who start and with a starter set to earn abyss point...and coliseum set also take a lot of time cause not always there are character to join the arena.
