PvP rules

well what I did was I went to Theobomos and train there so idk if we should totally ban spawn camping >.>
so the point of this rule s to wait until they have full HP before you lay a finger on them?

 

thats what i was saying. Atm on crystal when i see someone who is way lower lvl than me i don't gank them. i mean 50 ap? why bother. ganking people who can't fight back will make them rage and q.q on forums causing a big problem like this outy:

cause obviously they can't fight back, i kill them but most of the time i just do /seduce and let them hit me

 

Camping can only happen if both parties stay around...
So it can be argued that both people are responsible for it :X
But that's just me being cynical ^^;;;
I don't like spawn camping...
Even on my ranger I kill one asmo, then move on.
I'm in it for the fun, not AP XD

Camped for an hour? Oh, easy. I'd lol, get a translator to the opposite faction, cuss his mom and log off and go to play later. Or, I'd press V ask any of the other person to help me out. If they refuse, oh hell, time to move to the other race!

We're talking about Gamez here. All you have to do is kill a few stuff in Theobomos or do some quest in there. And you're a sparkling lvl 55. Only takes a few days.

I have been camped many times, sure I raged and got mad, I'd just play another character. Because we all know... Revenge is sweet. And the one that laughs the last, laughs the hardest.


And, yeah. Making pinkies immune when PvPing is good. Don't have to edit much in the source.

 

i think if a lowbie is trying to get away, then you shouldnt be able to only because we are helpless against geared 50's
its not fun landing in heiron to a party of slaughter.

 

What happened was Edixoid said something along the lines of You cannot kill an opponent attempting to run away.

IDK if that goes for lvl 50+, I think he just meant lobies

then heres the rule, for the love of god its simple, small and not that hard to follow.

Dont spawn camp people under level 25.

It's not a hard one,

If you guys do, the new people may leave because they think the entire population will be like that.

Spawn Camping: Killing a person over and over non stop .

Anyone here have a complaint about not spawn camping 25 and under while your 55?

Bruthonin/Theobomos is a place where people cannot get into from the other faction.. unless it is a GM of course.


Though, I do believe that people who rift into elten/morheim should be banned... that is quite blatent of them to farm lowbies.

Not to mention, if a person is camping a place such as DP that should be allowed as it is another major sector for people to gather at... similar to the major cities of Heiron and Belusian... people there aren't out looking for pvp... so we are supposed to compeltely throw away any raids going there? That isn't fair at all

Not even mentioning that, at least I am not, we aren't mind reader's... we can't look at character "x" and know he want's to go to DP and not fight at all... even with a system like thsi we risk people abusing it saying "This legion pked me when I wanted to go to dp qq!" when we all know the person didn't.


Far as pvp goes though, if it is red it is dead... it has always been that way in all mmo's for year's and year's now.. =/

I don't think there are any complaints about not being able to kill low levels, unless you're mean.

I think the announcements made by edixoid weren't clear to the players, but I understand now.

Except maybe lets include banning for kiling through walls... or at least some srs jail time XP

"Hardcore PvPers" should fight other "Hardcore PvPers".

What i see here is a whining about not being able to gank lowbies and other ppl that obviously don't want to PvP.

You can't see enemy player's levels xDD (Well that and... there are level 25's on Gamez?)
