PW reset help

    Been away for a while and returning to my old account I'm able to utlize the self service portal but when I get into my account with the temp password and I try to change my pw with that temp password it doesnt allow me to change it giving me the error "password is not valid"

    Passwords have to be made with certain "rules"; for instance some passwords tell you to put a special character into it, others don't like it if you put "space" or special characters into it. Try making a password that doesn't return a "not a valid password" message.
