    pff now Agonizing arrow gives 3.5k dmg + it will removes ur wings,explosive arrow - 3.5k , 7k sure strike 6k severe precision cut etc

    It was 99pct landing successfully the Binding Rune even with "1st level carved rune". Now high level carves to successful Binding.

    Tried more than 6 times. Only once landed, rest failed.
