    Bug Name:
    Quest - Blasphemy​
    Bug Description:
    The quest doesn't appear on the NPC you're supposed to accept it from.​
    How to reproduce/proof:
    1. Press O
    2. Click the "Recurring Tab"
    3. Select "Capital of Calpheon Contribution"
    4. Attempt to accept the quest "Blasphemy"    ​

    I just checked, this quest accept fine.

    Too start this quest u need finish Lost Hope quest and final npc of Lost Hope will be start npc of Blasphemy quest.
    Also dont forget enable show all quests at fast quest list window in ui.
