    quest in tiamaranta npc name ALPEN!! BUG? why i cant recieve a quest from her!! 2 more to go wtf!!

    Which quest are you talking about? Maybe if it's a campaign one, you will have to do previous quests before that. You can press "J" and check which quests you have to do..

    Update/Complete a quest in Tiamaranta or the map you're willing to get the quest from. That should set the quests available for you again.
